If IPB is requiored to attend to the delivery trip them selves a delivery service fee is requiored before departure date and time , this will depend upon the distence as well that the driver has to travel the cost may very. We guarentee your shiped puppy and your puppy's package will arrive to your requested destination, Please NOTE: All clients will be contacted one day inadvance to make sure their will be someone to pick puppy up The driver may arrive early if so you will be informed of such arrivel in advance time.
